How do I verify for sure if my R36S is genuine?

An R36S is considered genuine when it features the following characteristics:
Mainboard Compatibility: It can easily run the official ArkOS, as well as other operating systems like Android, Batocera, and Rocknix (this is the most crucial point).
Build Quality: The plastic shell is thick and well-molded.
Tactile Controls: The buttons are soft, the D-pad handles diagonals easily, and the shoulder buttons (L1/L2/R1/R2) are less "clicky".
Battery Life: It features a standard 3000mAh battery (providing 4–5 hours of continuous gameplay, even for demanding titles).

How many players can play multiplayer?

Our current 64GB flash image card features 13 emulators that support online multiplayer. The number of players varies depending on the specific game.
We have plenty of games for 4+ players, not just 2. Certain PSP titles even support up to 16 players simultaneously like Fat Princess: Fistful of Cake.
Note: Not all PSX and GBA games can be played online because the visuals cannot be synchronized, even though a connection can be established.
Are there any latency or lagging issues during online play?

For every 10 minutes of gameplay, each device consumes approximately 15 MB of internet data, which is equivalent to 25.6 KB/s.
This number is very small, and theoretically, you won't have to worry about the delay (or latency) between devices.
The furthest distance we have tested is 5000 km (3100 miles), and we did not encounter any issues. Check out the video to see how we connect and test the gameplay!
Why is there only a 64GB version?

The larger the file size, the longer the download takes, and there is a higher risk of errors during decompression. Although this is a 64GB flash image, we also provide access to our entire game library, allowing you to customize your own game list based on your preferences.
Is this flash image card compatible with the R36h and R36xx models?
Absolutely! However, the hotkeys for the R36h will be slightly different since it doesn't have an FN button.
